Who is "EALA" anyway, I don't know anyone with that name...
We are still on track for later-this-month which does translate right now to late-May.
The patch will not be released today or tomorrow.
I will do my best to give you guys a concrete update by Monday on the exact day and timing.

We did not wait this long on purpose to patch C&C 3 to 1.05, its unfortunate but the size of this patch has really increased testing in our QA department on it big time.
Going forward we will have quicker smaller patches. For example, our MOD SDK is going to require a patch so it can function properly with the game. That will be apart of patch 1.06, it will be small and may include a few other technical fixes, but we're already thinking about that.
At the end of the day, doing big patches like 1.05 and taking this long to release a critical patch after release is not our ideal strategy going forward.
Once 1.05 is out the door, we'll be able to start getting on a process you'd expect with smaller patches on a reasonable cadence that primarily include any numerous severe technical issues and balance issues on a smaller more fine tuning scale.
