Ladder: Posting von Col. Burton

Hey Guys,

I`m still looking into the ladder problem and we`ve hit somewhat of a wall. The portion of the ladder that is broken was coded by someone who no longer works here and we don`t have an immediate solution available.

Marketing has been instrumental in helping me get anything accomplished at all and they are looking for other avenues to see if we can get the remaining ladder problem fixed.

So far the chat situation doesn`t look good. I`ve asked about it repeatedly and so far it doesn`t look like it will be turned back on. Since I haven`t been given a reason I`m guessing here, but they are already spending a lot of time trying to build a lobby helpbot for Generals and I believe that they just don`t want another area filled with abusive language etc. that they will have to deal with. I`m told that the RA2/Yuri`s chat got pretty nasty.

That`s all I know right now and unfortunately because of the situation I mentioned above I don`t know how long this may take. I`ll keep you posted.
